We draft your Standard Operating Procedures and assign an admin during this Phase. We establish a friendship with operations during this time.

In this phase, we explain you about our Customer Portal and our admin support process and provide you trainings to raise support tickets to us and explore our customer community and browse the Knowledge Base.

Our admins start taking care of your needs. Whenever you need support and assistance, our admins are just a ticket away. You log a ticket and our admins take up a call within the defined SLA window.

In case of an urgent request, you can always reach out to our community leader who will be willing to extend community support.
